WOLF – …GRRRR…

PANEL 4: This is a close-up of Rod with a feral look and blood all over his face instead of the wolf.
ROD – …GRRRR…

PANEL 5: This is a high angle shot of Rod’s house at night being lit up by lightning.
CAPTION – The Marcelli Household just outside of the small town of West Middlesex, Pennsylvania.

Page 5

PANEL 1: This is a collage of images from Rod’s nightmare are over his head as he is sitting up screaming, drenched in sweat while Jen is lying beside him.
NARRATION – Have you ever had those dreams where everything seems so real?
ROD – Nooooooo!!!  "GASP!!!"  "Huff, huff, huff."  "Sigh."
JEN – Mmm.

PANEL 2: This is a high angle medium shot of Rod sitting on the edge of the bed with his hand on his face and his elbows on his knees.  The room is dark with light from the lightning coming through the window.  Jen is behind Rod holding him.
NARRATION – Even your senses tell you that you were really living those moments outside your subconscious mind.
JEN – Rod, what’s the matter?  Are you okay?
ROD – "Sigh."  Nothing, it was just a nightmare…
JEN – Are you sure?  Do you want to talk about it?  What happened?
ROD – No, I’m fine.  It’s nothing, really.

PANEL 3: This is a medium shot of Rod turned to face Jen.  She is touching his cheek.
NARRATION – You feel the environment around you clear as day.

JEN – Love you too.  G’night, babe.

Page 6

PANEL 1: A high angle long shot of a castle/mansion (like Luthor Mansion in Smallville) with mountains around it, and lightning striking.
CAPTION – Deep in the Appalachian Mountains.
NARRATION – For the last few nights…

PANEL 2: This is a low angle shot of Hecate standing over a caldron in a dark dungeon like chamber.  She has her hand on her chin and the other on her elbow.
NARRATION – …my dreams have been haunted by nightmarish creatures…
HECATE – Hmmm…

PANEL 3: This is a high angle shot of Hecate throwing in some spices, and waving one of her hands above the caldron.  In the caldron are images from Rod’s nightmare.

HECATE – …the time draws near.
MALICE – Time for what, you old Hag?

PANEL 4: This is a low angle shot of a tall dark figure, dressed in a black suit, steps into the light just enough to see all but his face, but you can still see his glowing red eyes.
NARRATION – …faces I’ve never seen before…
HECATE – Lord Malice!?!  Master, I didn’t realize you were standing there!
MALICE – Indeed, now tell me what you’re babbling about, Hecate.
HECATE – The moon is almost full, and the time of maturity draws near for the newest Monoki in our region.

PANEL 5: This is a high angle shot looking over their shoulders into the caldron as a full moon rises with the silhouette of a wolf in it.
NARRATION – …supernatural creatures…
MALICE – Another flea bag, eh? Is it a mongrel or a purebred?
HECATE – I don’t know, I can’t determine the beast’s nature.
MALICE – What’s wrong Hecate, getting senile? Is your age finally catching up to you? Even a blind man could distinguish the breed as easily as black and white.

PANEL 6: This is a low angle medium shot of Hecate looking at Lord Malice whose face is still in shadow.
NARRATION – …and death.
HECATE – Yes usually, but for some reason the vision reveals his pelt to be mixed. Too tainted to be a purebred, yet not tarnished enough to be a mongrel.  What should we do, master?
MALICE – Hmm…send the twins out to investigate, and summon Black Claw at once.

Page 7

PANEL 1: This is a medium shot of Rod driving his Jeep with Jen in the front and Jess in the back.

PANEL 4: This is a high angle shot of them all laughing excepted Rod and the girls walking into the nearby store.
NARRATION – Or was it something I ate?
ALL –  Hahahaha!
JESS – What’s wrong with Rod?  He’s been quiet all day. You’d think someone with a full ride to Keystone State would be celebrating, not mopey.
JEN – I’m not sure, Jess.  He had a nightmare last night, and he woke up screaming.
JESS – Wow, that’s pretty odd.  What was it about?
JEN – I don’t know, he won’t tell me.  Usually he tells me everything, especially what’s on his mind, but now he won’t say what’s troubling him.  He’s really starting to worry me.

PANEL 5: This is a low angle medium-long shot of the girls looking at Homecoming dresses and talking in a store.
JESS – So what are you gonna do for Rod’s 18th birthday next Saturday?
JEN – Well, his parents will still be out of town, and his sisters are both away at college.  So I figure after the Homecoming dance we will go back to his house, and I will make it a birthday he will never forget.
JESS – Oh you’re baaad, and I suppose you’ll be telling your parents that you will be spending the night at my house again like last night?
JEN – Of course! You know me so well. Hahaha!

PANEL 6: This medium shot of Joe and John slapping hands as Rod is standing next to them.

PANEL 7: This is a close-up of Scott and Tyler
TYLER – I wouldn’t mind chasing some tail.
SCOTT – You would have to chase ‘em, Tyler, because one look at you would make them run away screaming!
TYLER – Hey!

Page 8

PANEL 1: This is a low angle medium shot of Joe, John, Scott, and Tyler in that order.
JOE – Okay, here’s one for ya.  How do you confuse a blond?

SCOTT – How?
JOE – She tells you she did it.

JOHN – The big man here is Rod.
JANELLE – Rod hmm, that’s a sexy name.

PANEL 3: This is a medium shot of Janelle’s shoulder in the foreground, Rod is turned to walk away and John is next to him in the background.

JEN – The %#$& I don’t!
CIRCE – Is this skank givin’ you $#&%, Janelle?

PANEL 4: This is a low angle shot of Circe in full frame.

JANELLE – Now sister, behave.  This is neither the time, nor the place.
CIRCE – You better thank your God we’re in public, #&%$*.
